This is a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover position.
You will have full autonomy of your home, overseeing daily operations to enable young people to thrive. You will lead your team to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes and compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations. Responsibilities include organizing work patterns, facilitating training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices.
You will also lead and develop your team, fostering a positive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued. You will design, implement, and monitor care and education plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on key life and independent skills development.
