Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our children’s home. You will ensure Ofsted compliance, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and promote trauma-informed care in a nurturing, safeguarding-focused environment.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to achieve) and at least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
