Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a compassionate Registered Manager to lead our children's home, ensuring regulatory excellence and the wellbeing of every young person in our care.

You will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee operational and quality assurance processes, and champion trauma-informed, relationship-based care that helps young people build resilience and life skills for their futures.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
