Job summary

Salutem Care and Education in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team in a children’s home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with the Registered Manager to build a stable, supportive environment. • Experience in a children’s residential setting (ideally Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
• Commitment to achieving or holding Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge, regulatory standards, and positive behaviour support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with genuine compassion and resilience.

Within Salutem, our Children’s Services division provides high-quality, specialist care for children and young people across a range of settings, including residential care, solo placements, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) services, learning disability support, and supported accommodation
