Job summary

HTH Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an elderly care home in Birmingham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high standard of care, supporting residents and staff.

We require a strong care professional with NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, extensive management experience in residential or nursing care, and solid knowledge of CQC regulations. Immediate start.

Salary: £60,000 per annum

HTH Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well-established elderly care home in Birmingham.

We are looking for a strong and experienced care professional who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, lead the team effectively and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.

About the Home

The home provides care and support for elderly residents within a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the service, ensuring regulatory compliance and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.

About You

• Previous management experience within an elderly residential or nursing care home


• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance


• Experience leading, managing and developing care teams


• A Level 4/5 qualification in Health & Social Care or relevant equivalent


• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning and quality assurance


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for residents
