Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Children’s Home Manager to lead a residential care service in Taunton, Somerset. You will drive safe, therapeutic care and positive outcomes for young people, while shaping a high-quality home from the ground up.

You will recruit and develop a dedicated team, manage daily operations and budgets, ensure Ofsted readiness, and foster strong partnerships with local authorities in Taunton and the wider Somerset area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and evidence of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Demonstrable leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and develop a stable team.
• A proactive, autonomous approach and a genuine commitment to improving young people’s lives.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (including bonuses)
