Job summary

A leading Domiciliary Care provider in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee operational and care delivery functions. This role offers up to 33 days annual leave, support from Directors, and unlimited progression opportunities. The ideal candidate will have management experience in Domiciliary Care, preferably with knowledge of CQC standards, and will play a key role in scaling up the care services provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in Domiciliary Care, preferably with involvement in a CQC inspection.
• Working towards or having achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• UK Driving Licence.

I am working with an established Domiciliary Care provider that is expanding across the West Midlands, looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to help grow their Domiciliary service. You will be supported in this role by dedicated Directors.

Locations being considered include: Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Sutton Coldfield.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for operational and care delivery functions, reporting to the Directors
• Promoting the service on social media and within the community to increase client referrals
• Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring business compliance
• Managing care plans and ensuring safety and high standards of ongoing care
• Developing and retaining care staff
• Having a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC Standards

Registered Manager Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management experience in Domiciliary Care, preferably with involvement in a CQC inspection
• Working towards or having achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• UK Driving Licence
