A leading social care provider is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager for a Children's Residential Home in Wolverhampton. You will be crucial in delivering high-quality care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Children s Residential Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people. This role involves supervising a team of care staff, working closely with external agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
•The daily running of the home
•Staff management
•Budgets
•Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
•Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
•2 Years management experience within young people s services
•An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
•Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
•Excellent working knowledge of children s homes national minimum standards and the Children s Act 2010
