The Registered Manager role:

·Responsible for the operational management and development of a specialist

4-bed residential setting supporting children with autism and associated needs

·Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements and promoting a child-centred, therapeutic approach.

·Develop and maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing environment

·Oversee recruitment, team development, and performance

·Ensure each child’s EHCP, emotional, and developmental needs are met

·Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, families, and professionals

Essential Requirements:

·Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent

·Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care

·In-depth knowledge of autism and positive behaviour support

·Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge

·Experience in working with complex behaviours and a therapeutic ethos
