Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dual Site Registered Manager located in Sittingbourne & Sheerness at Optimal Living. The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of 2 Residential Services, ensuring equitable and person-centered care for individuals with learning disabilities. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
