The ideal candidate for this position will succeed if they possess both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. They will play a central role in decision-making, collaborating with multiple teams and overseeing specific personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of a children’s home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  3. Supervise care staff, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
  4. Foster strong relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
  5. Provide training and ongoing support for team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ management experience in a care setting (children's or adult/senior care).
  • NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete Level 5).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and safeguarding knowledge.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to commute or relocate within the UK as needed.
