One of the UK’s largest and most reputable homecare and Live-in Care companies is currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to drive the growth of one of their new offices in the Salisbury area.

You will receive a high level of support from the Head office in developing this new service throughout the area – focusing on high quality homecare to private clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of a new homecare service in the Salisbury area
• Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Drive the growth and development of the service, focusing on the private market
• Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or similar setting
• Experience working closely with a variety of different client groups
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards
• A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
