Registered Manager Brand New Children s Home Nottingham
Salary: GBP48,000 per annum + bonuses Home Type: 4-bed EBD (Mixed Gender)
Location: Nottingham

We re recruiting for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new 4-bed EBD children s home in Nottingham, in partnership with a leading provider of residential childcare services.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a home from the ground up setting the tone, building the team, and creating a safe, supportive space for young people.

What s in it for you:

• Base salary: GBP48,000 per annum + performance bonuses
• Performance bonuses:
• Up to GBP3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted rating
• GBP400/month full occupancy bonus
• On-call pay: GBP25 weekday / GBP35 weekend
• 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 statutory holidays)

What You ll Bring:

• Previous experience managing or deputising in an EBD residential children s home
• A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the ability to deliver high standards from day one
• Skills in working collaboratively with local authorities, families, and professionals
• Ideally hold NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare, or be willing to work towards it
• Confidence and capability to register the home with Ofsted and build a strong foundation for success
