Sgscare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Deeside. You will ensure safe, nurturing, and compliant care for children and young people with complex needs, while driving high standards and safeguarding practices.

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Deeside
Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance bonuses
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week with a flexible working pattern

Service: Children's Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), within solo and small residential placements
Qualifications Required:
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it)
Eligible for CIW Registered Manager registration
Experience Required:
Proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for children with complex needs
Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements
