Bluestones Complex Care is seeking a CIW Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in Deeside. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, nurturing environments and drive CIW regulatory compliance.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care, eligibility for CIW registration, and a proven track record with complex needs. Salary £50,000–£70,000 plus performance bonuses, with funded leadership development and clear progression paths.
