Job Title: Registered Manager Learning Disabilities & Autism Services
Location: Manchester/Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

The organisation operates a variety of services including residential care homes, supported living apartments, and shared tenancies in areas such as Whalley Range, Rochdale, Bury, Openshaw, and beyond.
Their care model is rooted in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), with a strong belief that all behaviour has meaning and that the right support can lead to lasting positive outcomes and improved quality of life.

As the Registered Manager, youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of 7 services, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. Youll play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, leading and developing your team, and ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations.
Ensure ongoing compliance with all CQC standards and regulations
Lead and supervise a team of Deputy Managers and Team Leaders
Deliver and maintain high standards of care across all services
Oversee budgets, staffing, and service delivery targets
Work alongside compliance and operations teams on audits and quality checks
Take the lead on recruitment, retention, and staff development
Act as the main point of contact for staff, families, and external professionals
Develop and maintain care systems to ensure quality and accountability
Promote referrals and support the growth of the service
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar setting (essential)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager with a Good CQC rating preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Background in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
Confident in managing complex behaviours and delivering PBS approaches
Strategic mindset with the ability to grow and shape services
Full UK Driving Licence required
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
