Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Experience with Transforming Care, dual diagnosis or complex needs settings.
• Strong PBS knowledge and confidence managing challenging behaviour.

The service supports adults with dual diagnoses and behaviours that challenge as they step down from hospital under Transforming Care pathways.
