Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager for a 7-bed enhanced/step-down service in Morley, Leeds (LS27). The role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary team within a Transforming Care framework to support adults with complex needs and dual diagnoses toward independence.

The successful candidate will oversee risk management, ensure compliance, and drive outcomes in a supportive, clinical environment in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Experience with Transforming Care, dual diagnosis or complex needs settings.
• Strong PBS knowledge and confidence managing challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff team skilled in positive behaviour support, oversee risk management for complex/challenging behaviour presentations, and manage the day-to-day compliance and operations of the service.
