We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our Children's Home (EBD) on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing staff team.
• Maintain and uphold safeguarding and child protection standards.
• Oversee financial performance and ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• At least two years' experience in a Children's Home within the last five years.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
• Previous Ofsted registration is desirable.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care/Leadership qualification is preferred.
• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, plus a quarterly bonus.
