Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care

Join AMAIS France in recruiting an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager for a residential home for older people located in the Ashford area.

The home is a small, beautiful facility that includes many residents with Dementia. We are seeking a qualified Registered Manager with prior experience registered with CQC or an experienced Deputy ready to step up.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package ranging from £40,000 to £50,000.

Requirements:

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people's or dementia care homes
• Strong staff management skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
• Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding ratings and deliver high-quality, person-centered care
