Are you a passionate and experienced Manager looking to lead a growing domiciliary care service delivering around 800 hours of care per week? This is an exciting opportunity to join an established provider in Harlow, where you’ll have the autonomy and support to make a difference with the freedom to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

• Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Lead, support, and develop the care team, promoting a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain exceptional standards of care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.
• Drive the growth of the service while ensuring person-centred care remains a priority.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to high standards of care.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and support service growth.
