SService Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established service, ensuring exceptional care delivery and robust staff management of an Adult's Residential Home.

Location: Gillingham, Dorset

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £35,984 - £41,267 per annum

Duties of the Role:

1. Service Delivery: Oversee person-centered care in line with regulatory requirements. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff and individuals supported.
2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, lead, and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
3. Financial Administration: Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
4. Quality & Compliance: Use IT systems to track performance, incidents, training, and occupancy. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
5. Partnerships & Growth: Work with external partners to promote services and increase placements.
6. Development & Improvement: Lead and contribute to staff development and continuous service improvement.
