Arch Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Childrens Registered Manager in Hythe, Kent. The role offers a base salary of 60,000 per annum with bonus potential for Ofsted ratings and capacity, plus profit share.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience at Deputy Manager or Children's Registered Manager level.
• Experience in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting with children.

Responsibilities

• Support staff to promote independence for service users.
• Encourage recreational activities within and outside the community.
• Advocate for the service users and ensure quality care.
