Arch Resourcing Ltd is hiring a Childrens Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes in the Slough area, focusing on children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will lead staff, promote independence, organise activities, and ensure high Ofsted standards.

The role offers a salary up to £75,000 per annum with bonus potential linked to Ofsted ratings and capacity, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential Childcare/Equivalent.
• Previous experience at Registered Manager level.
• Experience in Ofsted-regulated residential settings for children.

Responsibilities

• Support staff to promote independence and recreational activities for service users.
• Advocate for service users within the residential provision.
• Lead and manage two residential homes, ensuring Ofsted compliance.
