Job summary

Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: From £45,000 DOE + Bonus for Outstanding Rating

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Residential Home

Service Users: Up to 4 young people aged 10–18 who have experienced trauma, adversity and disrupted life experiences

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards completion.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care required.

Experience Required: Substantial experience within children’s residential care as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Practitioner with leadership responsibilities
