Job summary

Achieve Together is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home in Slough/Iver. You will lead and develop staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain compliance with Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW standards.

The role requires a Level 5 qualification (or willingness to complete) and strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Competitive salary £34,300–£40,500 with annual pay and benefits, plus career progression
