Job summary

Achieve together is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. You will lead a dedicated staff team, maintain strong links with stakeholders, and drive service delivery that is person-centered, accessible and reliable.

Required is proven care management experience, regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A Level 5 or willingness to complete is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.
