Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced nurse-qualified Registered Manager for a well-established elderly care provider near Nottingham. The role offers a competitive salary of £75,000 per year plus an annual bonus scheme and strong progression opportunities within a growing organization.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance and drive quality improvements to enhance resident wellbeing and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN).
• Previous experience as Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Care Manager in elderly care.
• Strong understanding of care quality, compliance and team leadership within a nursing home environment.
• Care Inspectorate registration or eligibility to register.
• Excellent knowledge of care systems and clinical governance.
