The successful candidate will hold RGN or RMN qualification and be actively registered with the NMC, with a proven track record in maintaining Good/Outstanding CQC ratings and strong governance.

Registered Nursing Home Manager Up to £65,000 per year | Full Time | Nurse Qualified A successful nursing home is shaped by the person leading it

• setting expectations, developing the team and making sure excellent care is reflected in residents’ everyday experience.

We’re looking for an accomplished, nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager with a strong track record of successfully managing a nursing home and achieving positive CQC outcomes.

You’ll take overall responsibility for the home, bringing together clinical leadership, team development, compliance and operational performance.

What We’re Looking For RGN or RMN qualification with an active NMC registration
