Bright Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a care home in the United Kingdom, taking overall responsibility for day-to-day management, quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, governance, and building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals. You will lead the team, manage admissions, budgets, and ensure high standards of care and occupancy.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care home setting.
• Ideally a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, safeguarding and governance.
• Relevant management qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a care team.
