Job summary

North Lakes Children’s Services in Carlisle is seeking an experienced Residential Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed Children's Home for boys aged 6-18 with EBD. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week with a salary of £35,037.45 per annum and a Monday-to-Friday pattern.

The successful candidate will inspire the team, ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance, and maintain strong leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company).
