Job summary

Forest Care Selection is recruiting a Registered Manager for a well-established learning disabilities service in the Bracknell area. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire the team to provide outstanding person-centred care and develop key partnerships with families and external professionals.

The role requires prior Registered Manager experience in LD services, Level 5 Health & Social Care or equivalent, and a proven ability to motivate staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Learning Disability services, residential care or supported living.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Strong track record of leading, motivating and developing staff teams.

Forest Care Selection are working with a leading care and support provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a well-established, Good-rated learning disabilities service in the Bracknell area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a respected residential care home supporting people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism, with the backing of a progressive provider that values quality, development and person-centred care.

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Take the lead in running an established residential care home for people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.
• Inspire, support and develop an experienced team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

To be considered, you will need:
