Care Makers in Hounslow urgently seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist Learning Disability & Residential service. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality, person-centred care and maintain CQC compliance, while guiding a dedicated team and coordinating with external professionals.

You should have prior experience in a Registered Manager role or equivalent leadership position and a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs.

You will oversee the smooth running of the home, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, while leading a dedicated team and collaborating with external professionals to ensure the wellbeing and long-term sustainability of the service.
