Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Registered Manager for a refurbished care home in Aylesbury. You will lead a team to deliver safe, person-centred care and ensure high standards for residents, driving continuous improvement and compliance with CQC regulations.

As a key leader, you’ll recruit, mentor and develop staff, manage HR matters, ensure adequate staffing levels, and maintain strong safeguarding and governance across operations.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• A management qualification (QCF level 4) or willingness to work towards it.
• Previous registration in a residential service (preferable).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and care home operations.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Full-time availability (42 hours per week).
