Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Registered Manager for our refurbished care home in Aylesbury. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, person-centred care, ensuring residents feel at home and achieve high regulatory standards.

You will oversee care plans, staff development, safeguarding, and compliance, with a focus on quality, continuity, and compassionate leadership. This full-time role requires 42 hours per week and UK right-to-work.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• A management qualification (QCF level 4) or willingness to work towards it.
• Previous registration in a residential service (preferable).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and care home operations.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Full-time availability (42 hours per week).

• Monitoring and auditing service quality and acting swiftly on areas of improvement.

• Investigating safeguarding concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

You’ll need:
