British Red Cross is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a regulated Care at Home service in Aberdeenshire, with travel around the area. You will ensure high standards, regulatory compliance, and person-centred support for local communities.
You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise staff and volunteers, monitor quality and outcomes, and oversee budgets and staffing levels to deliver compassionate care that enables people to live independently and with dignity.
