Job summary

Priory Group in Wakefield is seeking a Registered Home Manager for Gateholme, a 39-bed home delivering care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will oversee budgets, quality and compliance to ensure outstanding care and residents’ wellbeing.

You will lead a dedicated team, develop person-centred care plans, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and work with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Manager for 35+ beds with complex behaviours and learning disability experience.
• Older people experience with complex dementia is welcome if evidenced.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
