Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager for Cleveland House in Banks, Southport. The role leads care delivery for adults with ABI and neurological needs, ensuring outstanding standards while managing budgets, quality and compliance.

You will oversee a compassionate team, implement individual care plans, and foster engagement and independence for residents, within a supportive clinical leadership framework.

Qualifications

• NMC/HCPC registration is essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or work towards it.
• Experience supporting individuals with ABI.
• Experience working within neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
