Job summary

Priory Group in Luton is seeking a Registered Manager to lead Rose Court, a 11-resident home, with autistism and learning disability support. You will oversee budgets, quality, and compliance, delivering outstanding person-centred care while inspiring a dedicated team.

The role requires strong leadership, robust regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive service improvement in a compassionate, community-focused environment. 40 hours/week, permanent.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Level 5 Diploma or equivalent in health and social care, or active progression toward it.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Experience managing teams in similar settings and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success.
• Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing.
• Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
• Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.
• Innovate and continually improve the services we provide, delivering person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
