Job summary

Priory Group's Gateholme in Wakefield seeks a Registered Home Manager to lead a 39+ bed home, overseeing budgets, quality and compliance to deliver outstanding care. You will inspire the team to help residents reach goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

As a leader you will drive person-centred care, manage day-to-day operations, support care plans, ensure safety and dignity, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards it.
• Have managed a home with 35+ beds and complex behaviours and learning disability.
• Experience with older people and complex dementia could be considered if evidenced.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
