Job summary

SeeAbility in Leatherhead and Ashtead is seeking a Registered Manager to lead two supported living homes with heart and a focus on person-centred care.

You will coach a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensure the day-to-day running of the two homes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high safeguarding standards.

Salary: £50,922 per annum plus benefits
