Job summary

SeeAbility in Leatherhead is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss live the lives they choose. You’ll lead with empathy, support daily routines, and build trusted relationships to promote independence.

This is a hands-on role requiring a full UK manual driving licence, experience with administering medication, and the QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake Level 3.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideal
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Experience with administering medication
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities
• QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake Level 3 and knowledge of regulatory standards
