Stephen James Consulting is seeking a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a growing Nottinghamshire service, ensuring safe, person-centred home care and strong governance.

You will develop a high-performing team, drive care quality, and build referral relationships while expanding private and commissioned client base. The role offers autonomy, backed by an experienced leadership team, and opportunities to shape future branches and services.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial acumen: growing hours and referrals.
• CQC standards, safeguarding and quality assurance expertise.
• Experience with dementia care and complex needs.
• Level 5 leadership and management in health and social care (or in-progress).

Responsibilities

• Care quality and compliance: maintain standards across CQC; safeguarding; audits.
• Team leadership: recruit, supervise and develop care staff.
• Care planning: oversee assessments, care plans and reviews.
• Business growth: develop referral pathways and grow private/ commissioned client base.
• Relationship building: strengthen connections with clients, families, authorities, professionals.
• Service development: contribute to business planning and expansion opportunities.
