The role requires an experienced care leader with a solid understanding of CQC regulations, quality standards and a passion for delivering excellence in home care.

Qualifications

• Experienced Deputy or Registered Manager or ready to take the next step.
• Experience in domiciliary/home care or similar regulated care environment.
• Knowledgeable about CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Confident and supportive leader with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Ambitious and excited by building a new care business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure the service meets all CQC, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, support and develop a high-performing care team.
• Maintain excellent standards of care, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and local stakeholders.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and service improvements.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure appropriate supervision and training.
• Help grow the business while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.
