Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd in North West London is recruiting a Registered Manager for a brand-new 2-bed EBD home. You will oversee the full journey from registration to a thriving service, building a skilled team and establishing your own standards from day one.

You will secure Ofsted registration, recruit and develop staff, safeguard young people, manage budgets, and drive occupancy while shaping the home's culture and forging strong links with local authorities and commissioners.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or close to completion).
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Securing Ofsted registration.
• Recruiting and developing a high-quality staff team.
• Creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment for young people.
• Building relationships with local authorities and commissioners.

What You’ll Be Doing

Who we're Looking For

You may already be a Registered Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

Or you could be an experienced Deputy Manager who knows they're ready for their first registration.

Either way, you'll need:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or be close to completion)
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• A proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes
