Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a growing provision in London/Kent. You will shape culture, build exceptional teams, and drive outstanding outcomes for young people.

The role values compassionate leadership, regulatory knowledge and the ability to develop staff into future leaders. A driver’s seat role with progression as the organisation expands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children’s Home Regulations.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape your children’s home culture and service delivery.
