Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is searching for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home in the South East. You will shape culture, develop strong teams and drive outstanding outcomes across our growing organisation.

You’ll work with senior leaders to influence future services and help the company expand while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD needs.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards it.
• Proven ability to build, develop and retain strong teams.
• A leader who combines high standards with genuine care and compassion.

Responsibilities
