Registered Children's Home Manager – EBD (Wolverhampton)

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Ofsted-Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a newly established 3-bedded EBD home in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fully staffed and fully occupied service, and to shape the lives of vulnerable young people in a supportive, high-quality care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Lead a skilled care team, providing supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development.
• Ensure care plans are person-centred and focused on positive outcomes.
• Liaise effectively with external agencies, families, and professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement to maintain or exceed a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.
• Support children in developing independence and emotional resilience.

Requirements:

• Ofsted registration as a Children’s Home Manager (essential).
• At least 6 months’ experience managing a children’s home (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and behaviour management skills.
