Registered Children's Home Manager EBD (Wolverhampton)
Salary: GBP45,000 GBP50,000 + Bonuses Full-Time In-Person

We re looking for a dedicated and passionate Ofsted-Registered Children s Home Manager to lead a newly established 3-bedded EBD home in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fully staffed and fully occupied service, and to shape the lives of vulnerable young people in a supportive, high-quality care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations.

Lead a skilled care team, providing supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development.

Ensure care plans are person-centred and focused on positive outcomes.

Liaise effectively with external agencies, families, and professionals.

Drive continuous improvement to maintain or exceed a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.

Support children in developing independence and emotional resilience.

Requirements:

Ofsted registration as a Children s Home Manager (essential).

At least 6 months experience managing a children s home (mandatory).

Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and behaviour management skills.
