Registered Children's Home Manager EBD (Wolverhampton)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses | Full-Time | In-Person

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Ofsted-Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a newly established 3-bedded EBD home in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fully staffed and occupied service, and to positively influence the lives of vulnerable young people in a supportive, high-quality care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the home in accordance with Ofsted regulations.
  • Lead a skilled care team, providing supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development.
  • Ensure care plans are person-centred and focused on positive outcomes.
  • Liaise effectively with external agencies, families, and professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement to maintain or exceed a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.
  • Support children in developing independence and emotional resilience.

Requirements:

  • Ofsted registration as a Children’s Home Manager (essential).
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (essential).
  • At least 6 months experience managing a children’s home (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and behaviour management skills.
